That is very true in the world of online sales.

The topics are too broad. It's important to look at these as overall containers and then provide multiple systems and strategies to focus on these particular areas within the topic. Having a philosophy, focus, and strategies is the key in each area. Understanding yourself and why there is a struggle is also critical. Understanding the customer and their purchase journey and behavior is also a key factor.

Solution

I've been involved with web development, SEO, and personally owning several eCommerce brands since 2000. I've seen many trends come and go, as well as a variety of behaviors in the shopping landscape change and grow. I currently manage a six-figure eCommerce brand that is seeing rapid and strong growth.

Consulting is something I enjoy, especially in the world of eCommerce. I can help you break down these broad areas and give some proper guidelines and techniques to give you control over your business. I can help you understand the technology and tools that can massively help with online sales. We want to eliminate the guessing game as much as possible so you can focus on what works. I can also provide some useful KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) so you can track your progress within these strategies.

I do not want to sell you a "program" or "course" or "book". I'm not into that. What I enjoy doing is having one-on-one conversations based on an outline I created for myself. I like to provide an open dialogue to help answer questions and concerns as they come up during the conversations. I would also be available for follow-up questions down the road.

My goal is to give you the tools and knowledge to continue to tune your own eCommerce site. Not work with me in perpetuity. Think of me as training wheels.

How Much?

You're probably wondering how much this will cost - and how long will it take. I will bill one hour for an initial discovery Q&A and review of the current site. This will include some base questions via email and a review of the current tech stack to manage the site. After that, I will bill on an hourly basis for my consultation time. Since I can't estimate the complexity (or simplicity) of your eCommerce site without a review first, it's impossible to determine here. We can discuss some of that at our first meeting. In a nutshell, I charge per hour. Both of our times are valuable and you decide on how long the sessions need to be. Absolutely no commitment!
